Office opening hours are 8.30am until 4.00pm. Outside of these hours, please leave a voicemail or email your query and this will be dealt with by Mrs Yarwood, Office Manager or Mrs Ahmed, Office assistant.

The office tends to get very busy between 8.30am and 9.30am and again between 3pm and 4pm. If you have a non-urgent query, please try to avoid calling at these times. If you are calling to advise of a change in arrangements for the collection of your child, where possible please call before 2.30pm to ensure the staff have time to relay the message to the class teacher in order to safeguard your child effectively at the end of the school day.

Visitors Lanyard

We have a lanyard system in operation at Barton Clough which I’m sure that your children would love to tell you about as they are experts on this subject! A visitor with a red lanyard must be accompanied by a member of staff in school at all times. A visitor with a green lanyard is able to work with our children unaccompanied and has the appropriate security checks in place. This system ensures that our children are kept safe at all times whilst at school.
