Year 4

Hello and welcome to Year 4!

Mr Wood and myself are so excited to welcome you to Year 4! This is going to be a fantastic year full of new learning, exciting challenges, and lots of fun. In Year 4, you will explore fascinating topics, develop your skills in reading, writing, maths, with a big focus on times tables!

In Year 4, it is expected for your child to read for at least 20 minutes each night. This is preferably done with an adult, however children in KS2 are encouraged to take responsibility for their reading records to be signed.

Our PE days are Wednesday and Friday, please ensure that your child has their kit in school on both of these days.
