Year 3

Hello and welcome to Year 3!

We are so excited to welcome everyone to Year 3! This year is going to be packed with incredible learning, new adventures, and plenty of fun. We already know we are going to have a fantastic time together, and we cannot wait to see all the amazing progress every single child makes. Here’s to a brilliant year ahead!

Important information:

Who teaches on which days? Mrs Henshaw will teach Year 3 on Monday’s and Tuesdays and Miss Hulme will teach Year 3 Wednesday -Friday ·

Homework: Homework is provided every half term using Sway. This gets posted to class Dojo. Please use this to complete the weekly activities. ·

Reading: Every child is expected to read their Accelerated Reader book for at least 30 minutes each night. Please ensure reading records are signed (by a parent/guardian, other relative or the child themselves) and brought to school every day.

PE : PE lessons this year are every Monday & Wednesday. Your child needs to arrive dressed in their school PE kit. This includes a white Barton Clough t-shirt, black shorts/trousers and trainers. If you have any questions, please message on Class Dojo. Many Thanks, Miss Hulme & Mrs Henshaw
